Management Studies

The Department of Management Studies offer 3 Under graduate courses like Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application(BCA) and Bachelor of Hospital Management(HM) & 2 post graduate courses like Master in Computer Application(MCA) and Master in Hospital Administration(MHA). The department is there since the beginning of the college. The department boasts of its dedicated faculty across the different field of industry and academia.

Vision Of The Department

In the department we nurture the spirit of leveraging of human capital through the effective use of our industry tie up, which may yield fruitful result to the student. The focus of the department is always on the practical aspect of education which is to unearth the hidden potentiality which is already within us. So that, the student may use the gained knowledge in their day to day life successfully.

Activity

In order to encourage a healthy competition among the students, the department organizes extempore/ debate and publishes wall magazine from time to time. Here the students are made to do project in hospitals like Bankura Medical College, Ghatal Sub Division Hospital. Our students are also employed in renowned hospitals such as AMRI, Durgapur Mission hospital, Lions Hospital, Little Hearts Nursing Home, Municipality Hospital etc. Apart from that, the department also organizes seminar/ presentation by student/ faculty members from out side the institute. In addition to that the faculty members also help out the students in their preparation for competitive examinations like MBA.
